Compton Verney Art Gallery & Museum, CV35 9HZ
November 5th 11am - 5pm
I will be exhibiting as part of the Annual Textile Fair, where stalls and displays spill through the art collections at the independent national art gallery and ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped park of Compton Verney.
Located nine miles from Stratford-upon-Avon, this event gives you a great opportunity to browse and buy unique and one-off pieces and to top up your own craft and sewing supplies. There is also a spotlight on knitting, weaving and crocheting with the opportunity to learn how, or improve your skills at all three. A fantastic event for textile lovers and shoppers alike to purchase their special Christmas gifts
At the same time at Compton Verney there is a 'Picasso on Paper' exhibition, Queen Victoria in Paris watercolour exhibition and the 'In Light' lighting spectacular to mark the 300th anniversary of landscape designer Lancelot ‘Capability’ Brown. There is also a great cafe and separate restaurant. So lots to make it a great worthwhile visit! Normal admission charges apply - £8 for the day.
